Apgar to Logan Pass Options in July

I'm reading about all of the shuttle woes (especially on the west side) and wondering if anyone has tips or tricks for securing a ride from Apgar visitor's center to Logan Pass? We will be there July 6 and 7 and our RV is too large to drive the GTTSR. We will take our chances with the night before shuttle pass signup, but want to have a solid backup plan. I wouldn't rule out hitchhiking or paying somebody! Red Bus and Sun Tours were booked out a while ago. Thanks for any advice!
