old ironsides question

i haven’t heard of this happening to anyone before and any time i try to research it nothing comes up😭 i ordered a fake from old ironsides over a month ago and it still hasn’t come. on the website it says my order is on hold and i have no idea why. i emailed and they never replied, so im wondering if this has happened to anyone else before? i’m so frustrated because i literally paid for it, and ive ordered from them before with no issues. was this a scam or did i do something?
