Neuropathy/Nerve Pain

I have PsA and Sjögren’s. I’m currently on Tremfya (2years) and methotrexate (1 year). For the past several months, I’ve been experiencing shooting pains (like electric shocks, so I know it’s nerve related) mostly in my feet and occasionally in my lower legs and my hands. They are sporadic and seem to be positional. I’ve been wondering if it’s from the MTX or from these nasty diseases. I’m a medical writer/editor, so I’ve done my due diligence and have found that it can be a side effect of MTX, but uncommon with small doses) take 10 mg weekly). I have spinal involvement.

I’m sure I’m not alone here. If you’ve experienced this symptom, what did you find to be the cause? II’m skipping my MYX dose tonight to see if there’s any difference.
