If anyone was wondering (and probably not!) I’m the one that asked which should I keep: the Tragen black pouch, or the Tragen purple A5 cover. Because I felt guilty about spending my own fun money. Make it make sense, right?

Well, I kept both! 😅 The Tragen cover was on my journal through most of May and June, and I love it. The pouch, also love it. Did a swap over of covers last week again, and each time I swap, my notebooks go in the other cover so both are being used.

But then… I also picked up a MOTHER 2, Jan start 2026 Weeks in June… Yes, I know. But there’s a reason and method to my madness! My Cousin is getting too heavy to put in my bag every time I leave the house for errands and appointments, yet it’s becoming essential to take with me. So, I bought a weeks to mirror appointments, dates, etc, and to make fast notes while out. To make it earn its keep, I’m only using a pencil with it for now, and I will re-date it for 2027 and christen it with trackers and pen next year.

I also got a journal bag! Except not really. It’s a lunch bag. I found it in WH Smith’s and it was marked down to £6. It holds all my daily use items and makes trekking my things up to my home office and downstairs much easier. I’ve added a couple of patches to the back and I’ll add more if I pick more up.

Journal time!
