Live a relatively isolated life, work upto 50hrs some weeks and try and exercise 5 to 6 times a week as a form of therapy. Life is pretty fast paced atm and I feel and hope there's more to life than work. I'd like to ideally focus on settling down, and due to my relatively reclusive life I dont generally get to meet many women. Ive last used apps many moons ago with mixed success. Im planning to intend to give it another go. I posted on here about 2.5 years ago and the general consensus was to drop body fat and wear more form fitting clothes and tidy up on hair/beard. I have taken some of the feedback on board but was wondering if there was anything missing or if I still need to shed down more weight? I was initially 240lbs and dieted down and worked back up and am currently sitting between 215-220lbs. When going sub 215 i tend to look more gaunt and gangly, is the drop worth it or is a fuller healthier look more in tube? This is generally how I dress for work; I am out of touch, is this a dated look? Pic 1 is me from about a week ago and pic 2 is the puc I posted 2.5 years ago (thread since deleted). I would be grateful for input from both genders :)

Planning on putting myself out there again after a period of isolation. Any input or feedback on what i need to implement or change would be appreciated
