Local State Consumer Agency devalued my fraud claim and blocked my emails to protect a Corporation
Hello, State of Maryland Consumer,
I want to provide my experience to warn Baltimore Citizens Consumer how my consumer rights been violated, As a Consumer Customer I was sold Non Genuine Counterfeit Hardware as brand new including insurance coverage By a Corporation. I haven't discovered that the Hardware that was sold to me Counterfeit until I discovered Feb 2026. But I had a ongoing complaint Oct 2025,Through my local State Consumer Agency (OAG) for billing dispute, being overcharged for hardware repairs for over 21 months. As I had proof evidence of my issue my local State Consumer Agency (OAG) sent me a email letter stating that they couldn't help mediate my claim as I should contact the business my carrier to resolve date Nov 19 2025. Also had documentation attached to the complaint of the Corporation Escalation Team Managers Misconduct. February 14, 2026 – Filing of the Active, Separate Fraud Complaint: I filed a brand-new, independent complaint containing newly discovered forensic evidence of physical hardware fraud by The Corporation This active claim explicitly detailed counterfeit/unauthorized iPhone components, invalid Apple device serial numbers verified by a technician, and account credit manipulation. I demanded a full refund remedy of $3,500.00 for total breach of contract.February 17, 2026 – Supervisor Re-Interception and Possession Acknowledgment: My Local Consumer Agency OAG employee personally stepped into my new file queue again. She emailed me from her official desk, explicitly confirming receipt of my brand-new statements and files, adding them to active Case This establishes her absolute, first-hand knowledge of the active counterfeit hardware evidence. My exhausting situation has been actively ongoing for 29 months, originating from initial interactions in October 2025. Throughout this entire period, the Corporation has engaged in continuous corporate misconduct—charging me full price for a premium product while forcing me to carry an unauthentic device, manipulating my payment history to block account transparency, and fabricating standard transaction ledgers to state regulators. As in the State Maryland Warn local residents explicitly about getting locked into contracts with the merchant, and candidly share how local supervisors at the St. Paul Place office handled your physical bank statements.
