Post Grad Help?

I really want a job in nyc at a top company. I just graduated in May and am having trouble finding opportunities for recent grads. Has anyone landed a job at a top company or have any reccomendations on how to pursue this? Pls dont say things like "its impossible, start at a startup or smaller company, the job market sucks." I know all of this I want to hear from people who have actual advice or people who overcame these challenges and were able to land a role at a top comapny. Looking for roles within Marketing, Product, or Strategy.
