Outlaw bed in kitchen studios?

I’m looking for a solo place to live and some of these studios look inhumane to live in! and landlords are charging 1200£+ for the luxury to long let them!

I’m curious what would happen to the housing and rental market if the government banned these ‘bed in a kitchenette’ studio apartments……

they seem sooo unsafe!
