Korea Command Sponsorship Question

Just got told I’m getting orders to Korea, close to Seoul. My spouse is on EFMP for endocrinology support. From what we read, Korea can’t support. Just looking for anyone else’s experience applying for Command Sponsorship with a family member enrolled in EFMP. It wouldn’t be the worst if they weren’t allowed to come and I got the assignment knocked down to one year.
