25k pet friendly unit inside BGC?

As the title says, was wondering if it's still possible to get a pet friendly condo inside BGC for 25k? :(

From most I've seen sa FB puro 28k na lowest and bare na bare pa yun. Had officemates na nakakuha ng around 25k (tapos furnished & pet friendly) before, pero parang since last year pa yung lease niya.

Is this an inflation or economy issue or something? Would be nice pa sana if makakuha pa ng decent price, especially with everything being expensive these days.

Since we're in the topic din, ano ano kaya mga pet friendly na condos sa bgc that won't really break the bank?
