is it still easy to find employment?
hello everyone, im currently working on getting my ged so i can start taking cna classes to eventually get my certificate and have a foot into the door of healthcare while i get ready to go to nursing school. one of the main appeals of being a cna aside from the experience itll give me related to nursing is how seemingly easy it is to find work compared to almost any other job today. as we all know even getting hired at mcdonalds is almost impossible because of the awful state of the world and while im very much aware of how mentally and physically draining, how hair pullingly stress inducing and undesirable of a job this is, to me its the only way ill be able to muster up enough to rent a room and start finally somewhat living on my own. i wanna clarify again that ive mentally prepared myself for the hell this job will put me through but you gotta do what you gotta do to survive and its either this or living off of my measly ssdi check
im asking because most of the posts i see asking about job availability are from years ago before the whole issue of entry level jobs refusing to hire was more of an issue and im wondering if cna work has managed to still stay in demand despite this, im really hoping it has since to me a 5 week program to get into a job that pays somewhat above min wage fairly quickly is a deal id take in a heartbeat. if anyone can answer its be greatly appreciated
