[USA] How can I scale??

My app is currently making money but not much, While i ran some apple app store ads which were not to profitable since they costed around 1.10$ when the app cost 1.99$, I know there is potential in the app since it has gotten a lot of Interest on tik tok. My app has made 35$ so far from 17 downloads.
