Bedbugs new apartment

I moved into an apartment beginning of April. After about a month and a half I started getting random bites, very little, and then because more and I found bed bugs, babies and eggs a week ago. Strictly just in one bedroom, cannot find any elsewhere. My thoughts are that it’s coming from the suite next to that bedroom. I never had issues at my old apartment- ever. My property manager is saying it was me.. however they haven’t even inspected or sprayed anywhere else.
I’m just confused and need some advice. I found cockroach as well and I’m trying to break my lease.
