[Discuss] Advice on how to reduce fleet size

Hello,

I'm new here and want to ask for some advice from more experienced users. I have a Star Citizen account and want to reduce its value.

My main questions are:

1. Ships of what size (or value) do sell best?
2. Are there any favorite ships to sell?

Currently I have a couple of giftable ships of lower value (100-300 USD range). But I also have some non-giftable items (value > 1000 USD) in my account, which I'd have to melt first.

Is it better to buy more smaller giftable ships (I know I have to buy new ones with cash first) or better CCU my existing ships to something bigger?

And one more question: I also have 4 ships bound together in a pack. That pack is giftable, has LTI, and contains: a Caterpillar, a Cutlass Black, a Prospector, and a Zeus Mk II CL. I guess it's probably not easy to sell such a pack, or should I give it a try? The alternative would be to melt it and upgrade single ships.
