Peptide GLOW Cheat Sheet

The Three-Compound Repair Blend, and When to Pick It Over KLOW

For research and laboratory use only. Not for human consumption. Dosing figures below are research reference points, not protocols.

The short version: GLOW is a fixed 70mg blend of three structural-repair peptides. If you already looked at KLOW, GLOW is that same idea minus the KPV arm. The decision between them is the whole point of this post, and it comes down to one question: is inflammation the thing blocking repair, or is it tissue rebuilding you're after? GLOW answers the second.

What's in the vial

CompoundAmountJob in the blend
GHK-Cu50 mgCollagen synthesis, antioxidant, genomic modulation
TB-50010 mgCell migration, angiogenesis, scar reduction
BPC-15710 mgLocalized repair, microcirculation, anti-inflammatory

The ratio is fixed and does not move between batches. What separates GLOW from running these three solo is timing: GHK-Cu organizes collagen, TB-500 mobilizes repair cells to the site, and BPC-157 keeps circulation and local repair active, all on the same daily schedule. The trade you accept is convenience over per-compound optimization, since each peptide is locked to the others' dosing rhythm.

Mechanism, briefly

GHK-Cu works as a genomic modulator, switching tissue-growth genes up and inflammation genes down while driving collagen and glycosaminoglycan production in fibroblasts. TB-500 binds actin to handle cytoskeletal remodeling and recruit repair cells. BPC-157 supports the local repair environment and microcirculation. The combined aim is organized collagen deposition and less fibrous scarring, not just faster wound closure. Honest caveat: the individual mechanisms are well studied, but the blend itself has no controlled human trial behind it.

Dosing (research context)

GLOW runs a flat daily dose, which is simpler than KLOW's titration ladder.

PhaseDaily totalGHK-Cu / TB-500 / BPC-157Units (U-100)
Weeks 1 to 42,330 mcg1.7 mg / 0.33 mg / 0.33 mg10 units (0.10 mL)
Rest——2 to 4 weeks off before repeating

Once daily subcutaneous, held flat through the four weeks. For a 10-unit volume, a 30- or 50-unit syringe reads more precisely.

Reconstitution

SpecValue

BAC water3.0 mL
Concentration~23.3 mg/mL

Supply

One vial covers a full 4-week cycle at standard dosing. That makes GLOW the easiest blend in the catalog to plan, no titration math, one vial, one cycle.

Storage

Lyophilized vials store frozen at -20 °C, dry and dark. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2 to 8 °C, never freeze, and use within 28 days. Inspect before each use and discard anything cloudy, discolored, or showing precipitate.

GLOW or KLOW: the actual decision

GLOWKLOW

Extra armnoneKPV (anti-inflammatory)
Best forstructural repair, collagenrepair where inflammation is the bottleneck
Scheduleflat 4-week cycletitrated 8 to 12 weeks

Pick GLOW when the goal is rebuilding tissue and keeping it simple. Pick KLOW when active inflammation is what's stalling the repair and you want the KPV arm working on it.
