Want help finding old game

Hello! When I was younger, I had a black console, I think it was 32 bits, and it had these games I wanna find again, it was one where you swam around as a dolphin inthe ocean, this 2 player game with a funky bass, and this one where you were in space, and if I remember correctly, you could shoot cows bounce off tires. Now for the console itself, I remember it having a bunch of preloaded games on it, and it had a black plug in controller, no triggers I belive and it had Gunstar Heros on it. The background to load the game was like orange and had a white grid on it I think

And you maybe could have changed the background. There had to be settings because I remember accidentally chading the language to Japanese and crying to my mom about it
