Best Kokomi dps artifact

Hii, I’m a returning player who plans on building on Kokomi as a dps:D When I first played genshin when I was 12, I never cared about how to build characters. Now that I’ve returned, I’ve decided to build Kokomi as she has a very special place in my heart for being my very first 5* when I was AR 30.

So I’ve been trying to do research on how to build Kokomi and there’s this one thing that always stumped me; What artifact set to give her, HoD or OHC? Can somebody explain to me what the differences are between HoD and OHD and which one would be better for Kokomi as a dps? Whenever I search up what artifact set to give her it’s always split between those two sets and now I’m very confused.😞
