How did you guys study working full time?

I’m in the beginning stages of MCAT prep (took my BluePrint diagnostic and got around a 495). I want to start studying as I am going to take the exam in January but unfortunately I work! I’m an ER scribe so my hours are all over the place I can be working something like 10-6 one day and the next day work a 6am-2pm then work a 9pm to 9am overnight shift.

How did you guys manage to balance life while studying and gym with family etc?
