I am NOT a doctor so this might be the Stupidest Question Ever but would it at all be possible to get top surgery and phallo stage 1 at the same time, HYPOTHETICALLY, and take the tissue from the chest to make the phallus? so then you wouldn't have a chunk taken out of your arm? I guess then you'd have a lumpy/weird shaped dick. and also it might be kinda weird to have boob dick. no real reason for asking I'm not getting phallo anytime soon just the though popped into my head.
