Why has ramming/bumping into people in online become so big?

So sorry if this is posted a lot, I scrolled for a fat bit trying to find any posts about this but I didn’t.. I’m not a new player to horizon at all, I’ve been playing since horizon Colorado’s release, but man ramming has never been worse. I played a lot of horizon 4 online, ramming was pretty bad then though it was pretty tolerable. Horizon 5 online was alright, I never experienced much ramming in online on 5 at all. And now here we are in 6, this is easily the worse online experience I have ever had, every race is half of the lobby using you as a wall to brake, pushing you out of checkpoints, paint trading you into walls, almost no one tries to play legit anymore. I’ve never been frustrated with online, but now holy jesus it makes me want to never play it again sometimes
