My headaches are ki11ng me

Hello there, i have been suffering from these weird headaches for 2 years now. It all started with a crickling sound below the hollow point in my ear, soon it spread to my whole head and now it hurts so bad in a weird way, it feels like something always is shifting in them. when I open my mouth something is like giving crackling sound of extending above my ears , sometimes i feel like air coming out of my nose when the headache at a spot stops, and sometimes it's even worse, i dunno why my teeth and ear also get affected as if they are getting put on pressure from inside.. i have seen one neurologist and ent but they say it's nothing, no meds work, i am 15, my parents and family day it's an excuse not to study , because I really can't and feel like I'll die ugh, they are cruel and i can't stand their words, it hurts so bad i have problems waking up all they can say is my phone is the cause of my pain, the symptoms are only these, i don't know but i cry alone most of the times, thankyou for reading it's more of a vent... because no one hurts like i do
