looking for a dsp amp combo

Pretty much what the header says. I'm looking for a DSP/amp combo I prefer having 2 channels passive and 6 channels amplified. The 2 passive channels would be for my subs. I'd need 6 channels in. Does anyone have any recommendations thats not going to have me dropping 4 figures into it? I looked at the D4S 6in 8 out but I couldnt determine if I could use 2 of those outs as a passive setup.
