Delft Relocation Suggestion

Hi guys, I am about to relocate to Delft. Have you got any suggestion for the best/cheapest places to buy groceries, go to the gym, do laundry, etc? I will be temporarly living in a campsite, so I will need lot of services for this period. For the gym: is it better SportCity Delft or Basic Fit?
