Need my migration certificate

I’m a 2025 Class 12 Pass-out from CBSE. i have a gap year and I recently joined a college. They required my original documents for Class 12 and 10 for verification. I do not have my Class 12 Migration Certificate and the college refuses to accept the Digilocker copy of it. I have tried to contact CBSE but theres no help. The Dads portal that can be used to apply for such certificates has now been down for 2 weeks+. I don’t know what I can do in this situation or how I could get my migration certificate physical copy so i can start college. Please help me out if you have any info on whats possible.
