I'm 32 and i still haven't come out of the closet

What could i do, i feel that i won't be happy my entire life, my family (parents and sisters), aren't very LGBTQ+ friendly.

I saw someone in secret, a trans woman, but i couldn't continue seeing her.

I also went in secret to a pride parade, but still, i don't want to keep it in secret.

What could i do to came out?
