Fun weekend car that I could toss around

I have been wanting to get a fun weekend car that I could take to the canyons or just a scenic drive on the weekends. I want something that I could toss around and that is very low maintenance. But I also want something that provides me a little bit of fun. I want to be stick shift/ manual transmission and I want it to be sporty. I’m not looking to get a Porsche. I have been thinking about three cars the ND Miata, the Mark V Toyota supra, or the GR 86.

My hesitation on buying a Miata would be that it’s too small and not that fast. Whereas the supra is a great car and is fast but it’s pretty expensive. The GR 86 would be nice, but I wanted something with two seats. Basically something just for me.

Any advice would be great.
