Withdrawals Again

Sitting on my couch shaking and puking with withdrawal. I’ve kind of been on a bender lately, quit vodka in the NY but that has just been replaced with copious amounts of wine. I find it hard sleeping, like a lot of us do, so get up through the night drink a bottle of wine and hopefully get back to sleep. This morning the wine isn’t taking the withdrawals away. I know I shouldn’t just go cold turkey and I can’t go to hospital. Should I just sip and suffer.
