Does my girlfriend like me?

So my girl friend(13f) and me(13m) have been dating for a few month now and I feel like she doesn’t really like me since when we text she doesn’t give responses like she wants to continue the conversation and I always feel like I’m the one who who has to start the conversations like literally every single time. And she always has a reason to not respond to me or even look at my text (ex her phone is broken or lost for the billionth time) and my cousin(her best friend) is always vouching for her, I feel like she is just trying to avoid me and my cousin is helping her make it seem like she doesn’t just not like me. I know that she has trouble saying no to people which has led her to being in a relationship she didn’t want to be in, i feel like she’s the same way with me even though she talks about how much she loves me from like that, it worries me because I never want somebody in that situation and I also want the truth. When we text at night she a lot of the time says like oh I’m tired or that she wants to sleep this happens at times very in consistently like from 9pm to 12pm
