Mysterious Illness??

Hi, I want to know if anyone has any insight, but especially had experienced what I’m experiencing…

For 1.5 months I’ve been dealing with facial numbness. The first week I had pain deep in my right ear, and right side of my face felt like dental anesthesia that was wearing off, numb. Started lower then moved upward, now it’s my whole face plus scalp. Right side of my body/arm and leg has lost some sensation too. The numbness has subsided, and now I randomly feel cold sensations in my cheek. Did the cold sensory exam and learned I feel less sensation in my right arm and leg/feet (no cold feeling there at all), and failed my patellar reflex test for my right knee.

I have 0 pain, which is why this is so weird and remains a mystery. 2 head MRIs and almost 20 tubes of blood all came back normal!

My neurologist says to just monitor and report any major worsening symptoms (like we always hear).

Has anyone dealt with this WITHOUT pain??
