do ya believe when more mods come out schedule 1 will ever get mod packs?

I recently been playing a lot of modded Minecraft mostly allthemods which is just a modpack that a group of people made that has quest lines and u can try to get the star which is very hard and takes a lot of time do ya believe this games mod community will get to that level at one point i really hope so would be crazy to have a mod pack and attempt to try to get the golden weed seed or something?
