Hacked email being used to make other accounts

Hello, my hacked email accounts have been used to create accounts on other applications. I have since then turned on 2FA, changed my password, logged it out of all other devices except mine. I recently got an email that I had used it for Anthropic and Certified Code, but I didn't do these. I checked linked apps to my email, but they aren't appearing either.... I also checked where my account is logged in, but it only shows my devices.

I first got hacked around the last week of May. After doing all the precautions and not getting pestered for weeks, this happened.

Is there a way to stop this? I'm really worried they're using my name and likeness for so many things I don't know about.
