My new medication was working well, it was helping with the pain from the injuries I got a short while ago after that horrific crash. Luckily no limbs lost or real damage, apart from severe pain that the doctors couldn’t figure out. They thought it might be mental, a phantom of the pain that I experienced in the moment of the accident. My body was fine, my mind maybe not so fine.

Finally they found a fix, a pill, taken once a day gave me so much relief but had some rather unfortunate side effects. I became insanely horny, needing to cum multiple times a day to get rid of erections and that deep ache for relief coming from my balls.
