Pros vs cons of upgrading to a bigger SAK?

So I've been switching between my custom Cybertool and my custom Supertimer for a few months now. I carry my Sak with my Arc and I've been thinking of upgrading to a custom 111mm for a minute now. Just curious what the pros vs the cons of doing that would be? I know it'll be bigger with more weight but the tool will be more robust. I already got a build in mind and I've talked to a maker about it. Granted the maker said there would have to be a change to what I want because they are worried about the "legalitty" of it so I'm weighing that as well. I understand where he's coming from but it is legal in both states we are in so I dont understand the big deal which is another reason I'm heasitant to get it made. I just wanna weigh all my options before I spend so much on a new Sak.
