St John's wort & the pill--start new pack?

(Apologies if I missed an existing answer in the sub in my search!)

I've been taking the pill (Alesse, if it matters) for a long time and recently started taking an herbal medicine that has St John's wort in it. I didn't realize until just now and would like some advice on what to do next please!

I started taking the herbal medicine about 11 days ago and had sex without a condom (with pull out) on the second day. I just finished my current pack of active pills 2 days ago and will finish the herbal medicine tomorrow. Should I start the next active pack immediately? Should I just go through the placebo week as normal?
