Amazon Add on card

I'm getting option to generate an add on card for my Icici Amazon card, I was thinking to get one for my wife. She doesn't have any Credit History. I recently got Fd based Phonepe wish credit card for her only to build credit score. By getting this add on , can Icici offer unsecured card in future? Has anyone had same experience. My wife is a homemaker.
