I was given a letter anonymously and I couldnt believe what I read............

I told the people that are targeting me that if it didn't stop i would tell my story to help out all the other people that are going threw the same thing as me. In doing so ill make it less affective and less profitable for them which is my only recourse at this time. So around 2017 i moved to a small part of riverside CA called woodcrest. My family had been there since the 70s. There were 2 empty 3 acre lots on both sides of the 3 acres lot their house is on in the center of the 9 acres. So the closest neighbor was atleast a hundred yards or so away. Its hard to remember when it actually began or when I noticed it, but the first things were the noise campaign. I would hear whistles the type of whistle used to get someones attention. Every time i came out of a door or walked to a different part of the property it seemed as though someone was trying to say hi or whatever. Then it went to country music which i don't mind but definitely not my favorite. There was a ravine at the bottom of the lot that has a little stream in it that was only accessible from a crosststreet off the road we lived in. Its full of large trees and vegetation thick enough that someone could easily hide in and watch without being seen. The goal was to make me think that people were in there watching my every move. Later on i learned no one was ever there but we will get into that more later. So back to the whistling and music, it soon turned into people constantly threatening and harassing me commenting on everything i did. No matter what time of the day or night it was 24/7/365. So i spent countless hours trying to find these people that weren't there. Soon the noise campaign worsened to what sounded like police dogs on the fence line barking non stop. Only when i was inside as soon as i walked out the door it mysteriously stopped. After awhile it was a idling engine of a car that would be sitting on the side street i spoke about earlier that ran adjacent to our property. Years went by with this happening constantly. There was a couple of public places around the area that looked down at our property. Someone would park there and point there vehicle towards our house and leave there headlights on for hours at a time. Long enough to make sure it was known it was deliberate. Anytime i would come outside they would honk a car horn or hit the panic button on a alarm and just leave it on. It was all to make sure i knew i was being watched. A conditioning of sorts to make sure i was on edge at all times. Threw the years of this harassment i bought thousands of dollars of security cameras, drones and other equipment to figure out who was doing this to me. I was being threatened and tortured with some kind of electronic harassment technology that can make noise appear anywhere out of thin air. The only room in the house that was on the second story was a large room above a two car garage. They made it sound as if people were running around the room on the roof, it was so convincing i would climb on the roof to attempt to find what it was. There was never anyone or anything there. Thats the beauty of this technology. It makes you look completely crazy running around thinking there was a intuder attempting to break into your home. This is a proven thing with patents. The first time i heard of it being used supposedly was in the Iraqi war to make the taliban think there were marching troops coming by to draw them out of hiding. Now its readily available if you can afford it and its used to gangstalk people around the globe. It makes you so worried that people are trying to harm you or your loved ones that you never get any type of rest or silence. I was in constant fear for my life. Horrible for your health do to sleep deprivation, high blood pressure, constant stress etc. This whole system is designed to make you seem insane. If you tell people about it you will either be jailed or put into the mental health system and immediately discredited. Still to this day my gangstalkers are trying to make me believe they are going to frame me for crimes that i never committed unless i pay there monthly fee. What you don't know yet is that theres never anyone there. No one is ever going to hurt you or do anything physical to you in any way. They bank on that fear to control and torture you. I still don't know the end goal. I have been told any kind of reason imaginable as to why this is happening. There are forums and websites with other people telling the exact same story as me across the globe. Thousands and thousands of people. I remember when i was telling someone what was happening to me and they told to look into community harrasment. It was the first bit of relief i got knowing that many other people are dealing with the same torture tactics. People from all demographics and locations. The things that still happen to me daily are remote neural monitoring and voice to skull technology. I hear people basically bullying me every minute of the day. Telling me outlandish lies. Stories so detailed its as if they can access every memory in your brain. Even things you don't remember but are buried deep in your subconscious. Any memory you have will be used and spun into a horrendous lie about to make you think there is a large group of people being told a smear campaign against you. Again its all lies. There's no group of angry neighbors, dirty cops, mafia members, friends and family members or anyone out to get you. The goal is to isolate you so no one else notices what is happening so you won't be able to let anyone know the situation. Over the years they used different reasons to make what they are doing morally acceptable. It never is ok for anyone to watch you inside of your home without your permission no matter what. I'm watched while i use the bathroom, while i sleep and so on. While I am in deep sleep they manipulate my dreams by talking to me and making me see horrible things or hear people yelling at me. It puts there agenda into the back of your brain so you don't notice it but it still affects you. The expectation of privacy awarded to american citizens is being violated. Your private data is being taken for whatever reason that benefits them. What it is that makes it worth all the time, energy and resources that is used to do this to people is still a mystery to me. I've read many different theories over the years. Its amazing how many people that report the same things yet no one looks into it. Whoever does this must get joy out of torturing innocent people. My guess is its a form of population control. I think most people know the earth cannot support the amount of life that is currently using resources here at this time. It also could be a sick joke for the pleasure of people that maybe bet on the outcome or just get paid to do this to people. Or its our government trying to control the masses in ways that can't be shown to the general public because of the rights that it completely abuses. If everyday people knew this could happen to them it would terrify most. Many people don't make it as long as I have. They either kill themselves or go on some rampage murdering innocent people they have been brainwashed to believe are behind their abuse. I read the stories of the mass shootings and think that this would be a sure fire way no pun intended to get people to target certain groups of people and keep us all divided and at war against each other. It could also be another countries government tearing down their adversaries from the inside. No matter what the goal is its inhumane. Its torture and cruel and unusual punishment.

Always trying to distract and demoralize the target. Imagine middle school bullies with a Unlimited budget on steroids. With a bunch of really tight shirts and flat tops. No matter what always remember its only in your head. Its not reality until you allow it to be. As long as you block it out and don't react its only fiction. The parties involved don't want blood on their hands. They want control without physical involvement to remain untouchable. I dont know when it ends. I have a feeling it might be AI and once your on the list its impossible to clear your name. I hope this helps at least one person stop stressing out and get some of their life back. Stay strong and don't blame your neighbors or family its not them I promise keep your loved ones close and cherish them. For years I blamed innocent people and luckily I never acted on impulse if you don't see it with your own eyes don't believe it.
