Pain in lower abdomen, between pubic area and belly button 20F
I’m a 20 year old female with endometriosis. 2 weeks ago I was doing my makeup and felt a sharp pain whenever I leaned against the counter. I started pressing around my stomach and found that the spot was located around where I think my right ovary would be. It felt a bit harder than the left side and I’ve never felt this pain before. It only hurts when I press on it but sometimes it’ll hurt if the skin right there stretches, like when I put on lotion. Anyways, I forgot about it until a week later when I was at work and leaned against another counter, that’s when I made my doctor’s appointment. My doctor suspected an ovarian cyst or my appendix was inflamed so she ordered blood test and nothing was out of the ordinary. She actually never emailed me back to tell me what she thought it was even after I asked :/ the pain got worse on its own and I was afraid that it was my appendix, so I went to the ER and after an ultrasound, blood test, and CT scan they still don’t know what’s wrong!! They had a surgeon explain to me that there was possible inflammation shown but it wasn’t my appendix and I didn’t need surgery. Then another doctor came in and said that my colon seemed full and the issue could be with that and recommended that I take laxatives. So I did, and the pain is still there. I feel like the area of pain has gotten bigger over the last few days. I’m really nervous about this considering I’ve never felt this pain before and I have no answer. Could this be a cyst? My appendix? Muscle pain? Constipation? I’m not pregnant, not on my period, and I tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Any explanation or help would be greatly appreciated
