Wrathful possesion question

Hello everyone. Quick question regarding the detachments.
I’m soon to play my first game of 11th. Currently using new recruit for list building as I don’t own the current codex yet.
As it’s not up to date fully yet I was wondering if it’s right that it gives me the option to use the old wrathful procession (the one where i choose bonuses at the start of the battle round) considering there is a new detachment with the same name. If anyone could help me out here it would be much appreciated :)
