Nagarro Offer Letter

Hello,

|'ve received offer from Nagarro but the basic pay is not 50% of CTC. Why is it not as per new labor law ? And the PF deduction is also only 1900 Rs and not 12% of Basic. The HR told me that this is how the salary structure is in Nagarro. Is this normal and for everyone in Nagarro ? And any idea on SAP practice at Nagarro ?
