Birth certificate have wrong time on it?

Has anyone ever discovered or felt that their birth certificate time was slightly off? I have a dilemma . Me and my boyfriend have been together for about a year, we have alot in common. We have a few things we have been through in the past but it seemed to have brought us closer. He is an Aquarius rising.

Because we have so much energy and processes in common I decided to look at my birth time down to the minute. My mother told me she almost bled to death after she gave birth to me and she had to have blood put into her because She lost way too much blood so I imagine everyone was in a rush to help my mother while my father held me. If I was really born 7 minutes earlier it would say Aquarius rising instead of pisces rising.

I have alot of pisces rising people in my life and we are not close and dont have alot in common. I am emotionally intune/intelligent and wise (people also say)

I have looked at the rising signs of a lot of the people I have been close to my whole life and I have a lot of Gemini rising Libra Rising cancer Rising the pisces risings have been the hardest friendships because I have to motivate them and they can't even grasp it, long enough for me to catch a break.

Because of my pisces moon and Aquarius sun I can help people and have empathy but I feel people abuse it and don't have any interest in thriving under the light of self love. People exhaust me.

Anyone have a similiar experience or think this is possible?
