Heat Creep/ Heatbreak Jam

Troubleshooting

about 10m into the last couple prints i’ve done (esun pla+, 0.4mm unicorn nozzle missing the silicone sock, cfs extruder upgrade), the nozzle clogs, and it’s not just a simple nozzle clog where i can just crank the heat up and use the little metal clog tool, it takes me taking the extruder off (i have to use the little cutter thing to get the extruder off) and then in the little tube below the extruder there’s a little bit of filament sticking out so i have to pull that out very carefully (with the nozzle on 250), and if i get very very lucky, the whole jam comes out, but usually it doesn’t, when i use the filament tool from the bottom end nothing comes out, so the filament is stuck in the cold part of the nozzle, i end up having to heat the clog tool with a lighter and try and get it in the top fast enough before the heat disappates, which is nearly impossible, but if it works, it melts the filament, then the filament hardens around the tool, then i can pull it out, but most of the time it doesn’t work…. how do i fix this?? and how big of an object can i put in the top to try and stick the filament to it, or maybe push down? because the 0.3mm wire is not very strong it bends very easily

please help, im in desperate need of help, it takes multiple days each time to fix, and once its fixed, i get only about 10m of print time until the print fails, and when it does, it takes multiple days again to fix, im not sure what to do, my

TLDR: on my k1 max (esun pla+, cfs extruder upgrade, 0.4mm unicorn nozzle, no silicone sock) every time i print about 10m in i get a filament jam in the heatbreak, thats almost impossible to clear, i desperately need help, what can i do? any tips on clearing these types of jams? i think im having heat creep maybe?
