support mains - how are you balancing dmg & heals?

this might be a bronze problem tbh, but even with my best games at maybe 10k~ heals i cant surpass 1k~ dmg. i guess my problem is being a "healbotter" but i dont try ton i just cant look away. also, my aim is really bad so its easier to be good at hitting targets that want to be hit. extra context i main juno/jpc/kiri. interested in hearing yalls perspective though
