My address is suddenly "outside the outlet's delivery area"

So there was this restaurant named Thalairaj Biryani I used to order from (10/10 biryani btw). It used to be deliverable to my area with 6.9km as distance.

Suddenly a day back, on Swiggy my location is marked "outside the outlet's delivery area". And by that I mean IT WILL NOT DELIVER AT ALL to my house, not even with delivery fees!??

My question is: Who did this? Restaurant or swiggy? If it's the restaurant I'm calling them up to plead.

And yes, the restaurant is open, it's not closed.
