At-home red light therapy: what actually changed for your skin after months?
I have been reading about at-home red light therapy for mild redness and texture, and I keep seeing two completely different versions of the story. Some people say it is one of the only skincare devices they would buy again. Other people say home panels and masks are too weak to matter compared with clinic treatments.
I am not expecting perfect skin or overnight results, but it is hard to tell what is realistic when every review sounds either magical or completely dismissive. For people who used red light consistently for three to six months, what actually changed? Redness, texture, breakouts, nothing at all? I am trying to separate subtle real results from skincare hype.
