Spotify sub needed. India still working?

My 18 month Spotify india sub has run out. What are the current options for renewing. Its currently saying my location doesn't match my account. I'm UK based. Can I use a VPN and simply sign up again? Can't remember what I did for the payment last time, as my accounts are UK based.

Thanks in advance.
