Hair stylist that can do alt style layered cuts?

Hi, I'm looking for a hair stylist or barber in LA who can do Asian style layered haircuts? Also preferably one who's queer friendly because I often show them a picture and they just give me the masculine version of it which is not what I want lol. Thank you!
