What's the fusion tool for doing real-time motion?

Basically I watch Corridor Digital and occasionally they will reference "trackball camera shake" for camera shake that's done with a mouse rather than in-camera, and that implies the existence of the ability to do motion in real time, but I don't know what that's called. I'd love to be able to just move the clip with my mouse to do the motion instead of relying on keyframes.
