Retroactive Reporting?

I’m currently in silver, and after getting my ass handed to me by the other team, I got invited to an Xbox party to find out that I was playing against 2 champs on smurf accounts. Is there any way to report them retroactively? This kind of thing is frequent and is ruining the gameplay.
