Pain/ swelling/ cysts

I had a partial hysterectomy two years ago after the diagnosis of Adenomyosis. I have now been in the ER twice for large cysts on my ovaries bursting. On top of that, I am still swelling, have a histamine intolerance and pain during sex. The doctor is convinced I may have endometriosis causing all of this. Has anyone else had this experience? If so, what is everyone doing to fix it? Do I go back in and let them do the exploratory laparoscopic procedure to see if it is endo?
