How to stay encouraged if your having the opposite of progress

Today I’m starting to think my SP is seriously talking to a girl because he follows her on all his social media accounts and now his sister follows her too which has never happened with any of the other “hookups” he’s had. It’s just hard when there’s literally no signs at all that he cares about me even though it was only a him problem, and he just broke up with me for time management reasons and said he just cannot date until college is over. i’m pretty new to manifesting, but I’ve just been listening to subliminals, doing affirmations, and just believing he will come back and treating it as if we’re together, as well as attempting SATS. Any tips?
